Your DesignerLink Support Team is here to help. This article will guide you to the numerous resources we have to offer. Whether that includes accessing our support team directly, viewing our help guide, and/or letting us know how we can improve!

DesignerAdvantage works in Eastern Standard Time (EST). DL 2.0 Support Hours are as follows (Holiday Hours may affect these times).

HELP DESK

We want to help! Our Help Desk is the home of our Support Team, and also contains quick access to our Help Guide. Use the icon in the bottom right of your screen to chat us for live help, and we will try to answer as quickly and clearly as possible.

HELP GUIDE

This living library will help you learn the ins and outs of DesignerLink without us looking over your shoulder. In this guide you can find collections relating to Getting Started, Reporting, QuickBooks, and more! To access the guide, click the chat icon in the bottom right of your screen, and then search/browse our numerous articles.

FEEDBACK

Your feedback is essential to continuing DesignerLink 2.0's growth. Whether you have suggestions about improvements within the software, issues you have encountered when transferring to our platform, or anything in-between. Please click the Feedback Button on the right. Mark up the screenshot, fill in the Feedback text as clearly as possible, and upload any other documents that might be helpful.

TRAINING

If you have a new employee you are trying to get trained. Or starting to use a feature, and want someone to help walk you through your process, our Support Team is here to help. If you want any training, please reach out to us via email or the chat feature, and provide some insight into what type of training you would need. We will send you a scheduling link, and get you on a video call once booked.
