Use filters, sorting capabilities, date ranges, and more, to export your Time Entry Reports the way you want them.

TEMPLATES:
If you want to save future time you can SAVE the filters, projects, columns, etc. as a single template.
You can also save it as a DEFAULT template that will appear the next time you navigate to this tab.
And even SHARE the template you made with your entire team, so they can save time creating the report as well!
EXPORTING:
You can export your Time Entry Report as a PDF, CSV, or an Excel file. PDF will give you a fixed and clean document, CSV will extract the data for you, and Excel will provide a sheet you can customize.

I was trying to add a time entry before running our report and I cannot find the employee?
You will need to make sure you have a project billing rate for that project/employee in order to add the entry. If you cannot make a project billing rate, please reach out to our Product Support Team to assist.
Can I run my time entry report for multiple projects when viewing in the Project's Time and Expenses Tab?
No, the report you generate from the Project view will only show time entries directly related to that project. Please navigate to the Time and Expenses Page on the left side of your screen for a comprehensive report.
Can I include expenses on my Time Entry Report?
Yes, you can toggle expenses as well as time and download the report the same way you would a typical Time Entry Report.
